THE CLOSEST I’VE GOT TO FEELING A MOMENT TWICE
Last year I started to use disposable cameras a lot. To the point that every time I went in to get my film developed the guy behind the counter would already be yelling at me about how I need to go to nearest Value Village or Goodwill to get a point and shoot camera - “Stop wasting more money than you need! Capture more pure moments because you’ll always have a little camera on you”.. That same day I drove to Goodwill and picked up this lil Canon you see below for $2.99, it was a gamble testing it out for all of these moments during Summer at home, all the new hikes I had done with this as the only camera I took. It was a big gamble. But I felt I would appreciate the moments a lot more when I looked back a couple months later and saw those places and feelings again. So here we are, in October looking back at Summer in WA; Washington in all it’s true glory.
The real reason I love shooting film, because it’s the closest I’ve got to feeling a moment twice in my life.
